電纜橋架彎通主要分為三種類型：水平彎通、垂直彎通、改向彎通。水平彎通包括：水平90度彎通、水平135度彎通、水平三通、水平四通、水平等差彎、變徑接頭、喇叭口等。電纜橋架的標(biāo)準長度按照規(guī)范可以分為2m、3m、4m和6m。托盤結(jié)構(gòu)電纜橋架的標(biāo)準長度一般為2m一節(jié)。網(wǎng)格結(jié)構(gòu)電纜橋架的標(biāo)準長度一般為3m一節(jié)。

2、鋁合金橋架

鋁合金電纜橋架的表面陽極氧化處理，小平均膜厚應(yīng)該為10um，小局部膜厚應(yīng)該為8um。鋁合金電纜橋架表面噴涂化工防腐粉末的厚度應(yīng)該大于等于80um。鋁合金電纜橋架柔韌性參照《漆膜柔韌性測定法》GB/T1731標(biāo)準，鋁合金電纜橋架沖擊強度按照《漆膜耐沖擊測定法》GB/T1732標(biāo)準。

2017標(biāo)準中，電纜橋架寬度為300mm、350mm、400mm、450mm時，橋架的彎曲半徑應(yīng)該為150mm。2000標(biāo)準中托盤式橋架結(jié)構(gòu)特征的名稱為有孔托盤，代號為P。2000橋架標(biāo)準中梯式橋架結(jié)構(gòu)特征的名稱為梯架，代號為T。

電纜橋架提料名稱規(guī)則通常是：材質(zhì)+型式+規(guī)格，如：防火槽式水平彎通200*100、噴塑槽式水平三通100*50、不銹鋼梯式水平四通300*100等。電纜橋架編寫立柱提料清單時應(yīng)填寫：名稱+型號+立柱長度+分類。如“熱浸鋅槽鋼立柱，規(guī)格JY-H103-1000 (I型）”，“熱浸鋅角鋼立柱，規(guī)格JY-H104-800 (II型）”。

地面2.2m以上高度才適合敷設(shè)電纜橋架，0.3m是橋架頂部距頂棚或其它障礙物的小距離。50%是橋架內(nèi)電纜橫截面積與橋架橫截面積的小比例。電纜橋架的重量決定因素包括橋架的寬度、高度、厚度和密度，寬度越寬重量越大，例如200*50mm比100*50的橋架要重，高度越高重量越沉，例如100*100mm比100*50mm的橋架要沉，厚度越厚重量越大，例如200*100*1.2mm比200*100*1.0mm的橋架重量大，鋼制橋架比鋁合金橋架就重。

電纜橋架水平安裝時要注意避讓周圍的建筑物，要避免受到周圍氣體液體腐蝕以及固體的物理傷害，也要保證載荷足夠避免出現(xiàn)相關(guān)事故，在橋架標(biāo)準中也有這方面的要求和規(guī)范。對于跨距大于標(biāo)準長度或考慮戶外風(fēng)雪作用的高負載的電纜橋架，需要采用增強型側(cè)板或者增強橋架的高度，或者采用瓦楞型電纜橋架，來保證其載荷。
