電纜橋架刷防火涂料，可參考《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)防火涂料應(yīng)用技術(shù)規(guī)范》CECS 24:90，借鑒鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)。防火涂料的厚度與耐火極限有密切的關(guān)系，詳見表1。問(wèn)題來(lái)了，表1是對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)說(shuō)沒有問(wèn)題，涂層厚度與鋼結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸相比微乎其微，而電纜橋架所用材料只有幾個(gè)毫米厚，表中厚涂型涂層厚度高可達(dá)50mm（對(duì)應(yīng)耐火極限3h），這么厚的涂層如何刷到薄薄的電纜橋架上。

由于上述原因，工地刷的防火涂料無(wú)法檢測(cè)其防火性能，不像成品的產(chǎn)品在出廠時(shí)有檢驗(yàn)、檢測(cè)，也有機(jī)構(gòu)的檢測(cè)。
