工件經(jīng)過前處理后可以除去油、銹和塵，也可以使原來銀白色有光澤的表面因為有了一層均勻不粗糙不易生銹的灰色磷化膜而具有防銹和增加噴塑層的附著力的能力。

2、靜電噴涂

目的：均勻的噴涂粉末涂料于工件的表面，易產(chǎn)生靜電屏蔽的特殊工件宜采用高性能的靜電噴塑機(jī)來完成噴涂；

工藝步驟：

Process steps:

根據(jù)靜電吸附原理，可以均勻噴一層粉末涂料于工件的表面；然后回收系統(tǒng)可以回收掉落下的粉末，待將這些粉末過篩后可以再次使用。

3、高溫固化

目的：待工件表面的粉末涂料加熱到一定溫度后，并保溫相應(yīng)的時間，使之熔化、流平、固化，從而得到我們想要的工件表面效果。

Objective: after the powder coating on the surface of the workpiece is heated to a certain temperature and kept warm for a corresponding time to melt, level and solidify it, so as to obtain the desired surface effect of the workpiece.

工藝步驟： 將噴涂好的工件推入固化爐，加熱到預(yù)定的溫度（一般185度），并保溫相應(yīng)的時間（15分鐘）；開爐取出冷卻即得到成品。

Process steps: push the sprayed workpiece into the curing furnace, heat it to the predetermined temperature (generally 185 degrees), and keep it warm for corresponding time (15 minutes); Open the furnace and take it out for cooling to obtain the finished product.

提示：加熱及控制系統(tǒng)（包括電加熱、燃油、燃?xì)?、燃煤等各種加熱方式）+保溫箱體=固化爐。

4、裝飾處理：

目的：靜電噴涂后的工件在外觀上有一種特殊效果，如：各種木紋、花紋、增光等。
